The Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI), along with its funding partners, has commissioned research to develop a better understanding of specific patient safety topics such as emergency medical services, mental health, home care, and post marketing surveillance of drug safety. Along with these results, we have collected research performed by allied organizations and international partners who have agreed to present their findings here.
The topics in this section address patient safety research explored in Canada and around the world, focusing on issues important to healthcare leaders and providers, as well as patients and their families.
