Studentships are an important way to build capacity in patient safety. They create new collaborative learning opportunities that raise awareness and facilitate implementation of ideas and best practices to achieve a transformation in patient safety.
The Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI) supports the work of students in any healthcare profession, as well as other disciplines such as social sciences, human kinetics, psychology, and human factors, who are interested in patient safety.
