Purpose of the Call:

Hear firsthand from Healthcare Improvement Scotland and one of their teams that participated in the U.K. Health Foundation collaborative about their experience in applying the Vincent Framework at the frontline. The related challenges and benefits and how it has impacted their work.

SHIFT to Safety

Ensuring patients are safe remains a major challenge for Canadian healthcare organisations and systems. The Canadian Patient Safety Institute's (CPSI) new initiative, SHIFT to Safety, has been launched to address these challenges, including helping providers and leaders improve their measurement efforts.
