The first National Call within the series will introduce the HF Network and its membership, talk about where information regarding the basic principles of human factors can be found, and introduce the national call series topics.  Although the emphasis will be on Canadian content, reference will also be made to human factors work being done in other countries around the world as well as in other industries that apply to healthcare.
