The Canadian Human Factors in Healthcare Network features several professionals working in healthcare organizations, universities and colleges who have come together in order to provide healthcare professionals with up to date information on human factors work being conducted in healthcare in Canada and around the world.
The first National Call within the series will introduce the HF Network and its membership, talk about where information regarding the basic principles of human factors can be found, and introduce the national call series topics. Although the emphasis will be on Canadian content, reference will also be made to human factors work being done in other countries around the world as well as in other industries that apply to healthcare.
