The University of Calgary, Alberta Health Services, Alberta Cancer Foundation, Ottawa Hospital, Colorectal Cancer Canada, and the Hopital de Sacre Couer are conducting a National online survey with colorectal cancer patients and others involved in their care and support (family members, health care providers, community agencies).

The purpose of the study is to understand from patients, their family members, and other care providers what NEW research is needed to improve the lives of those living with and beyond a diagnosis of colorectal cancer.

To participate you must:

  1. have a diagnosis of stage I-III colorectal cancer or be a family member or health care provider to someone diagnosed with stage I-III colorectal cancer.
  2. be working with stage I-III colorectal cancer patients in community or supportive agencies may also participate.
  3. be able to read English or French or have an available interpreter
  4. have access to the internet to complete the online survey.

The online survey will be open until mid September.
