Celebrating Safe Care is your opportunity to share with the country what you are doing to make care safer. We want to know what inspires you and learn more about your passion and drive for patient safety and quality improvement. The Canadian Patient Safety Institute is compiling videos, tweets, photographs, testimonials, or anything else you can think of to illustrate safe care.
Photos, videos, tweets and stories submitted will be posted to our website and the best of the Celebrating Safe Care submissions will be featured during Canadian Patient Safety Week and Canada’s Forum on Patient Safety and Quality Improvement in October 2014.
