Dawn Hollohan is a Performance Measurement Coordinator in the Decision Support department of the Nova Scotia Health Authority. Dawn has a background in adult education and computer technology. In 2005, she earned a degree in Technology, Information Management from Cape Breton University and was the recipient of the Governor General's Academic Medal. In addition to analyzing and reporting data, a large part of her work is focused on quality improvement; including but not limited to, working with individual quality teams, supporting Safer Healthcare Now! committees, as well as developing auditing tools and reporting mechanisms.
