Senior Quality Consultant

Jennifer is a Senior Quality Consultant in Alberta Health Services. She is an Occupational Therapist and has worked in the continuing care sector for ten years in clinical and operational roles. Jennifer is passionate about innovation, quality improvement and governance.



Steven FriesenSteven Friesen
Director of Quality, Clinical Education and Research

Steven Friesen is Director, Quality, Clinical Education and Research at Bethany Care Society. He has held research and evaluation positions in Alberta's public and non-profit health care sector for more than 20 years. His professional experience includes a broad focus on health service and system research and program evaluation across primary care, continuing care and acute care settings.

Yaro KiselevYaro Kiselev
Director of Operations

Yaro began his career in Earth Science, but swiftly transitioning to healthcare in pursuit of a deeper passion of improving the healthcare system in Alberta. Yaro began his career in healthcare as a frontline RN in Critical Care, transitioning to variant of leadership and support roles in healthcare. As a senior executive leader for the past 5 years, Yaro has worked in healthcare operations in continuing care and community with Carewest. With a drive to constantly improve, be creative and innovate, Yaro has successfully expanded programs and developed and built new business models to address emerging needs. Behind all these roles and projects, Yaro prides himself in his ability to develop meaningful relationships and foster individual growth at every level in the organization. In pursuit of innovation, Yaro has developed skills and interest in "design thinking", applying this methodology to numerous operational reviews and restructuring initiatives that he was a part of. In addition to holding a Bachelors of Nursing and Masters of Arts in Leadership degrees, Yaro is also a Certified Health Executive with the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
