The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the Canadian Patient Safety Institute are pleased to offer a new ASPIRE (Advancing Patient Safety In Residency Education) Certificate Course in Ottawa from
November 24-27, 2020 (English course) and in Sherbrooke from
October 21-23, 2020 (French course).
ASPIRE prepares faculty to teach, coach and assess the quality improvement and patient safety competencies integrated throughout the CanMEDS 2015 framework in the context of Competency by Design. The ultimate goal is to ensure that every resident in Canada develops the necessary competencies to enhance quality and safety for patients and their families.
