Senior Program Manager
Stephen Routledge is a Patient Safety Improvement Lead and provides project management and leadership for CPSI’s Medication Safety priority area in support of the National Integrated Patient Safety Strategy, and manages Global Patient Safety Alerts,
a web-based resource featuring a comprehensive collection of patient safety alerts, advisories and recommendations for healthcare providers and organization. He is also involved with other reporting and learning initiatives including the Canadian Medication Incident Reporting and Prevention System (CMIRPS) and incident management. His professional interests include health policy, quality, and health system improvement.
Stephen has a physiology background with a Masters degree in Public Health Policy & Management from the University of Alberta. He is an avid world traveler with a particular interest in treks through Africa and South America. In addition, Stephen coaches minor hockey and loves playing golf and baseball in the summer and snowboarding in the Rockies in the winter.
