Michel Tremblay is the Executive Director of Société Santé en français, and has been since July 15, 2013. Michel strongly believes in linguistic duality in Canada and especially access to Francophone health services. For him, access to health services in French is a not only a matter of equity but also a question of patient safety and quality of services.
With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare field, Mr. Tremblay is an accomplished senior executive with a proven experience and successful track record in health and community services, both in the public and private sectors. He has demonstrated leadership, strategic management, teamwork, communication and alternative dispute resolution skills.
From 2007 to 2009, Michel Tremblay completed his Executive MBA at the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa while working at Hôpital Montfort.
