Kim is a Senior Director at the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, where she leads the operationalization of strategic priorities and the implementation of patient safety programs.
She manages relationships with health ministries and health quality councils, associations, healthcare delivery organizations and other partners to advance CPSI’s Patient Safety Forward with Four strategy.
Kim’s background includes quality improvement consultant experience on provincial scale teams, implementing multi-wave, multi site Improvement Collaboratives, and training in Lean Six Sigma and the Model for Improvement.
Kim is a contributing author to Dr. Ross Baker’s 2008 publication High Performing Healthcare Systems: Delivering Quality by Design.
