Senior Program Manager
Kim is a Senior Program Manager with the
Safety Improvement and Capability Building team at CPSI. She brings 20 years’
experience in healthcare, quality improvement and safety, administration, and
technology.
Kim’s previous roles include working in
health care across a continuum of services from providing clinical care to
implementing provincial programs. In each of these roles, she kept patients and
patient groups at the forefront of her work. She is passionate about
person-centered care that integrates health with social components in a safe
and reliable way.
At Health Quality Ontario, Kim worked with
many stakeholders to co-design innovative products and processes at the
provincial level. With her people-first approach, strong partnerships developed
and built robust and sustainable solutions. She developed curricula to build
capabilities and empower teams for multiple healthcare topics. Kim also
spearheaded a vibrant community of practice and developed champions to share
and develop knowledge together.
Her people-first approach made her integral
in transforming multiple organizations by improving business and clinical operations
while establishing a caring culture.
Additionally, Kim holds a Bachelor Science
of Nursing, is a graduate of the Improvement Advisor program at the Institute
for Healthcare Improvement, and earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Outside of work, Kim is thrilled to spend
time with her family and friends going on adventures and developing her farm.
