Senior Program Manager
Amy is a Senior Program Manager at the Canadian Patient Safety Institute with a demonstrated history in the healthcare industry promoting patient safety through policy impact initiatives. As a member of the Strategic Partnerships & Priorities team, she champions authentic collaborations with patients and other key stakeholders to achieve safe healthcare for all Canadians. Previously, she was a Program Manager at Health Standards Organization where she developed national and global standards ensuring high-quality health and social services across the continuum of care. As an Academic Associate at the McGill Centre of Genomics and Policy, she led various projects focused on the ethical and legal issues of digital health, genetic testing and e-consent. She obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.), specializing in healthcare, from the University of Sherbrooke and a Bachelor of Sciences (B.Sc.), specializing in Human Genetics and Psychology, from McGill University.
