CPSI's mandate is to provide leadership and coordinate the work necessary to facilitate and enable the building of a culture of patient safety and quality improvement through the Canadian health system. It does this through supporting and coordinating key initiatives to ensure relevant evidence moves into action across the health continuum. In partnership with key stakeholders, these initiatives are to inform, improve quality and/or result in organizational changes. CPSI is uniquely positioned to assist health professionals, providers and organizations to access the latest evidence, change concepts and recommended evaluation strategies through targeted Canadian interventions and programming.
