​​Dr. Chris Hayes shared his Highly Adoptable Improvement Model which made the IHI’s Ten Picks from 2014.  The IHI has recognized Dr. Hayes work as “material that taught us and moved us, and will continue to resonate in 2015.”

Dr. Hayes explained the model he has developed to help organizations assess and create more sustainably adoptable improvement initiatives.  The Highly Adoptable Improvement Model aligns with the recently released PSEP –Canada Capacity Building Module.
