​​​What you should know before registering…

Applicants must have a commitment from an executive leader in their organization to participate in a one hour, post-conference executive session webinar, as well as demonstrated support at the executive level of their institution for dissemination within their home organization. *NOTE: Healthcare faculty members are not required to register an Executive Sponsor, please select N/A on registration form.

In addition, applicants are encouraged to attend as a team that includes at least one physician, one other clinical professional such as a nurse, pharmacist or other provider, and one healthcare administrator with responsibility for patient safety and quality. These safety trainers will be trained in both core curriculum content and teaching skills to effectively equip them to convey the core curriculum to end-learners in their home institutions.

Fees & Payment

Payment must be provided upon submission of the registration form – Available forms of payment are credit card (VISA, MC), or cheque (Please be advised that the cheque option is offered as an alternate method and that seats will not be guaranteed until fees are paid in full and have been processed by our Finance department).

Registration fees:

  • Participant fee - The full conference fee is $1,250 plus applicable taxes.
    • **Some conferences may be subsidized by partner organizations, for individual session fees please consult the table below.

Cancelation Policy​

CANCELLATIONS must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of the conference in writing via email to, or 25% of your base fee(s) will be retained a​​s compensation.​ No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than five business days prior to the event. Substitutions are welcome.

The Canadian Patient Safety Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a conference subject to registrations. In the case of event cancellation registrants will be notified by email and be offered a full refund.​​
