
Resources developed by the in-country Working Group with project support from the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, are available for teams looking to implement the checklist. Tools like the how-to guide are designed for teams ready to take action and implement the checklist now.
Going forward, the aim is to continuously adapt and create resources based on evidence, the demand and requests of teams, the experience of other countries implementing the checklist, and on the expertise developed within Canada.
