The creation of Claire's Story is a joint effort between Eastern Health and Claire's family. It is a discussion of one family's struggle to make sense of the death of their young daughter in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and of an organization's challenges in its review of the care provided. The presentation will focus on the lessons learned by all in trying to implement change and achieve accountability in a no blame culture.
