On February 28-March 1, 2005, CPSI, the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation, and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research jointly sponsored a meeting of leading patient safety researchers and decision makers in Canada. The purpose of the meeting was to determine the research priorities for patient safety in Canada.
