Endorsement

Preventing harm is worth the effort. Join us and help share our vision of safe healthcare for all Canadians.

Your organization’s endorsement helps to  place the spotlight on patient safety issues and raise awareness so that we can help ensure that every patient experience is safe.

Endorsing organizations agree to:

  • Register for Canadian Patient Safety Week at www.asklistentalk.ca
  • Share information about Canadian Patient Safety Week with staff and patients/residents/clients.

It’s easy to endorse CPSW 2013:

  • email us at CPSW@cpsi-icsp.ca with your organization’s name and intent to endorse CPSW in the subject line.
  • within the body of the email, include your mailing contact information and your organization’s website.  These will be used to send you a thank you package and post on the  webpage below.
