Patient Safety and Mental Health: Meeting Unmet Needs, Ensuring Patient and Client SafetyAs patient safety in the field of mental health continues to gain momentum, the Ontario Hospital Association is very proud to have a forum that highlights current patient safety issues in the mental health sector and provides participants with the opportunity to learn from leading national and international experts.
As in previous years, posters highlighting innovative research and initiatives in quality and patient safety in the mental health sector will be on display throughout the conference.

Interprofessional Care: "How To" and "So What"Developing and maintaining interprofessional collaboration and relationships can result in clinically important differences in patient care. This annual conference will present strategies and ideas for becoming change agents in health care improvement.
Health care leaders will provide evidence to support this work of IPC in health care facilities and illustrate how this shift to IPC and IPE are providing optimal health outcomes.
