The Canadian Patient Safety Officer Course (CPSOC) is a comprehensive safety course, which includes interactive workshops, case studies, team building activities, networking, media skill training, and coaching by patient safety leaders.

Who should attend?
The CPSOC should be of interest to professionals and leaders  who:

• Have a formal responsibility for disseminating patient safety principles and programs throughout their organization; and,
• Understand the fundamentals of patient safety

• Build on basic notions of patient safety and safety culture
• Define measurement tools and indicators
• Understand the process to create, implement, and maintain a vigorous and focused patient safety program within their organization
