Project Manager
Julie Barré, project manager at CPSI, has over 20 years of experience in customer service, and close to 15 years in analyzing systems, leading organizations through change, training, and working with information technology in the airline industry and in healthcare.
Julie has led several major healthcare projects, including establishing the Centre for Health Care Management at the University of British Columbia; performing recommendations for the National AIDS Program in Suriname (South America); and implementing new systems, tools, and procedures in local B.C. health authorities.
Julie holds a degree in psychology from Simon Fraser University and a master of business administration degree with a specialization in strategic management from the University of British Columbia.
Because giving back to her community is important to Julie, she has volunteered with a number of organizations that focus on health and social welfare. She believes that CPSI is well positioned to help organizations deliver safer care for Canadians and wishes to contribute her experience and knowledge of project management and of the healthcare system to help CPSI grow while fostering her own development through working with a team of professionals.
Julie is presently on maternity leave.
