Administrative Assistant
Shannon’s extensive experience as an administrative assistant is an added benefit to the CPSI team. Her duties at CPSI are numerous, involving contributions to the national Safer Healthcare Now! coordination, as well as assistance to the Research and Medication Reconciliation portfolios.
Shannon brings a diverse mix of skills and knowledge to the team. After receiving her travel consulting diploma from Grant MacEwan University, she then went on to work in customer service, finance and IT. She is pleased to now be working at CPSI, with a great group of colleagues who are passionate about making Canada's healthcare the safest in the world.
When not in the office she can be found playing or coaching roller derby.
