Project Officer
In her role as Project Officer, Nathalie works with the Project Managers in the Ottawa office to support educational services. Her main responsibility is to support PSEP – Canada and the “Become a Patient Safety Trainer” education events delivered across the country. Nathalie has been instrumental in preparing and delivering the considerable on-site program support during the piloting phase of the education sessions. Before growing into her role as Project Officer, she provided administrative support to the Project Managers in the Ottawa office and the Chief Operations Officer.
Nathalie is fully bilingual and is a graduate of Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology’s Office Administration program in Ottawa, ON. Prior to joining CPSI, Nathalie acquired extensive administrative experience during her eight years as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager of a national non-profit sector council.
