A key component of the Canadian Patient Safety Institute’s (CPSI) organizational structure are the Voting Members, a fundamental component of CPSI’s governance framework.
The Voting Members have an important role in working with the Board of Directors in guiding CPSI during its formative years and long past its first five-year mandate. Voting Members will be key to incorporating methods, practices and learnings on patient safety that will arise through CPSI’s initiatives, and will ultimately hold the Board accountable for the operations of the Institute.
